Development Manager Wanted

 

The Mid-Fairfield County Chapter of the American Red Cross provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. Under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer, this position is responsible for the planning, coordinating and executing Special Events, identifying and applying for grant funding and works with the development team in achieving the financial development goals. This position supports the mission, vision, strategic direction and promotes awareness and visibility of the Mid-Fairfield County Chapter of the American Red Cross.   Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4 - 5 yrs of experience in financial development, coordinating special events, grant writing and solicitation.
